Some people the first time is more difficult than affective when the other is easy
Anyway remember that mind is always changing and this exercise is gonna feel little bit different
The more important than that is a new skill that you’re learning                     
So this test is really just about increasing the sensitive from the modularity
We just remind that take a moment to be comfortable
Remember just we did yesterday is eyes open and eyes soft focus
Sitting on the chair, sitting up right, put in the same time just relax in a comfortable position
I just start with a nice deep breath through the nose and out to the mouth
You breathe on the nose and focusing on the lung and breath  out to the mouth
The muscle in the body soften
Next close the eyelid and again feeling the weight of the body
And breath into the body the….. of the f….. on the floor where the point of contract is strongest and feel inside through the outside
And just feeling the weight of the arm the leg and the body
Starting to get the best space around you remember that there are different sound
You just notice and let the sound become to you
Try very hard to listen
Let the sound come and go and coming back again
Then then bring the attending back to the body
Again just we did the yesterday scanning down through the body …..
Remember the moment you realize it
Let bring your attention back to your sensation
See where the body that move and the rhythm of breath
And just the help maintain on focus
Starting to count the breath
Number one is arrive two is full
Just up to count to ten and you get ten is stop
Start again at one try that a couple time
Member a loud force to come and go
The moment you get attractive you realize your mind one and off
It generally bring your attention back to the brain
Begin it up for the …..
…… normal and moment realize what that are and it’s coming back again
That sensation of the breath in the body
